Why Bear Essentials?
Our team has always been known to prepare, but with the pandemic and store shelves empty, we noticed the lack of affordable survival products on the market. Everything was extremely niche, from unique tropical dehydrated fruit blends to Chicken Tikka Masala (that cost about $20 per serving), it was abundantly clear that prepping was NOT affordable and achievable to most Americans. YouTube gurus were flaunting their $250k custom bunkers with a food surplus to feed an army, while the average family (most living pay check to paycheck) could not achieve the same peace of mind. This is how we were born.

Bear Essentials Survival is veteran-owned and Michigan Proud small business. We were founded in 2020 with the intent of making affordable and effective survival products for veteran preppers, outdoor survivalists, and the average family alike.

During that time, we have given thousands of families and experienced preppers peace of mind knowing that they are covered in case of emergencies.
